Frastrating Error In Nav - Contact Your System Administrator, Yet you are the Admin

Most times this is as a result of stopped SQL Server Service,Caused by an unexpected shutdown of the computer
this is the kind of Error the Client will be showing
Open SQL Server Configuration Manager and Check out for the SQL Server Management  Service SQMS, Make sure to start it
The Native should now also be running
