Microsoft Dynamics Nav 2016 Budget Import Not Updating Budget Figures

Was doing a wake through the budget module in Nav 2016 and discovered that when ever you import budget from an excel template that you previously exported ,The budget figures will not be updated This is a common problem with the First Nav 2016 Release ,Which Can be Solve by Oneof the following:-

1. The solution is by downloading the cumulative update 7 or above - this solution only applies to Microsoft partners

 2. The second solution is by modifying the - import budget from excel (81) Process only Report ,By exporting the same object from a lower version (2013) and Replacing the one of Nav 2016 

Developer can easily do the second one without any additional cost
